Buffalo or Mammoth Head

The rough texture and shape of this stone reminds me of the head of a buffalo or maybe a wooly mammoth. There are lots of other images, but this is what I'm going to call it. The last photo is the back of the stone which features a faint "X."



Shout

This stone reminds me of "The Shout of Homo Erectus" images that were featured on the Archaeology of Portable Rock Art website.

A Six Inch Stone With Rust and White Markings

This six inch stone has rust and white markings on it and includes a number of reptilian images. The eighth image looks a bit like a cat. Perhaps it's meant to be a lion?
