Mouth Wide Open

This little guy reminds me of the character Vavoom in the cartoon Felix the Cat. On that show, this lovable Inuit character would open his mouth wide and simply by shouting his name "Vavoom" could knock over trees and shatter mountains. As one of Felix's sidekicks, he managed to get them out of many a predicament. One gets the feeling that whoever worked on this stone had a similar sense of fun.
